As Secretary-General of the Oriental Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (OSAPS), it is my pleasure to welcome you to our website.
OSAPS was founded in 1988 and includes almost members from 10 countries. We are the official regional plastic surgery society recognized by the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS). Our primary purpose as a society is to promote oriental beauty, to provide continuing quality education on the latest procedures and techniques for plastic surgeons and to ensure that safe and ethical practices for our patients.

I am pleased to invite you to the 19th International OSAPS Congress 2026, themed “Oriental Beauty Reset,” taking place in Taiwan on September 12 & 13, 2026.
Please join us to explore the latest innovations in Asian aesthetic medicine, connect with leading experts, and gain fresh perspectives.

Taipei, the capital of Taiwan, is a modern metropolis with Japanese colonial lanes, busy shopping streets and contemporary buildings. The skyline is crowned by the 509m-tall, bamboo-shaped Taipei 101 skyscraper, with upscale shops at the base and a rapid elevator to an observatory near the top.
